What a full clean includes.
A standard AC cleaning covers both halves of the system. Indoors we strip the unit and chemically clean the coil, the filters, the fan barrel and the drain pan — the four places the smell, the mould and the dripping water actually come from. Outdoors the condenser is washed down so it can shed heat again instead of running hot and drawing more current.
It takes 30 to 45 minutes a unit. A deep clean, where the indoor unit comes off the wall entirely, takes one to two hours. Bali's humidity, dust and salt air clog a unit faster than almost anywhere, so most need this every three to six months — sooner near the beach, near rice fields, or next to construction.

Repair, freon and installation.
Cleaning is most of what we do, but not all of it. A unit that blows warm, trips the breaker, rattles or leaks down the wall gets diagnosed on site for Rp 65,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything — a capacitor from Rp 190,000, a fan motor or board from Rp 380,000, compressor labour from Rp 650,000.
Weak cooling is often freon rather than dirt. We pressure-test first and look for the leak, because topping up a leaking system just spends your money twice; a top-up runs from Rp 325,000. New installations start at Rp 450,000 for a 0.5–1 PK split, piping quoted per metre, and carry twelve months of warranty. Villas, hotels, restaurants and offices with several units are usually better off on a maintenance contract.
